The center swivel is noticeably smoother than my old bar, which makes triceps pressdowns feel much less jerky on the wrists. Rubber grips are comfortable enough, though I wish they were a touch thicker for my larger hands. Solid build overall, happy with the purchase for the price.
The revolving center swivel is noticeably smoother than my old fixed bar, which makes press downs feel much more natural. Grip is solid but I wish the knurling were a touch more aggressive for heavier upright rows. Works fine for curls and pullovers though.
