The double swivel rotates so smoothly that I can transition between flyes and presses without any awkward twisting mid-set. It's made a noticeable difference on my dual-stack trainer, and the aluminum handle feels cool and sturdy in my palms.
The aluminum build feels solid in hand and the double swivel rotates freely in both directions, which makes pressing and fly movements on my dual-stack trainer much more fluid than my old rigid bar. It clicks onto the carabiners without any slop, and for the price, it’s a worthy upgrade.
The swivels rotate buttery smooth on both ends, and attaching it to my dual stacks took all of ten seconds. It’s solid aluminum, no flex at all even on heavy presses.
