The #18 diamond knurl grips my palm perfectly even when my hands get sweaty mid-workout, and the machining is so precise that it swings completely silent on the cable. Been using it three times a week for a month and the welded flange hasn't budged a millimeter.

The welded flange feels rock solid—no wobble at all even when I'm loading up heavy rows. The #18 diamond knurl is comfortable enough that I don't need gloves on longer sets. Only wish they came in a longer length, but that's on me for not checking the specs.

The knurling is grippy without being harsh, which makes heavy cable rows feel secure. Build quality seems solid with the welded flange, though it’s a bit heavier than my old plastic handles. Works perfectly on my lat pulldown station.
