My rack was wobbling bad during heavy rows, but once I secured this connector to the half rack frame, the whole setup feels rock solid. The bolt holes lined up perfectly and it took maybe five minutes to install. Exactly what I needed for stability.
Took me ten minutes to bolt this onto my rack and the bench doesn't budge an inch during heavy presses now. The anchor points lined up perfectly with the existing holes on my half rack, which I was worried about. Solid little piece of metal that finally makes the whole station feel like one unit.
The whole setup finally feels solid during heavy pressing sets, that anchor point to the rack makes a world of difference. Zero wobble now that it's attached, exactly what this bench needed.
