The fixed adjustment holes make switching between flat and incline positions a breeze, and the frame feels rock solid even when I'm pushing heavy sets. Took me maybe five minutes to set up out of the box. Exactly what I needed for a compact home gym.
Setting the decline angle on this bench is super quick since the positions are fixed, and it feels rock solid under heavy pressing. I've used it for incline, flat, and decline work in the same session without any wobble. For the price, it's honestly a steal.
The fixed adjustments are pretty straightforward to switch between, which is nice when I'm moving from flat to incline between sets. It's a solid, no-frills bench for the price, though I do wish the pad were a touch wider for heavier guys like me.
