This U-Link is rock solid when I'm slamming ropes against the floor—no wobble or give at all. The attachment point is wide enough that my grips slide freely, and it's made my grip work feel way more intense.
Finally got my rope training setup working exactly how I wanted. The u-link locks onto the ropes tight enough that there’s zero slipping mid-burst, which makes those CrossFit-style swings feel way more solid. My arms and core are already screaming from the first session.
