The plates glide so smoothly that switching weights mid-set feels almost automatic on my ProDual. Adapter fit was perfect, no wobble or friction at all, and the 300lb capacity gives me plenty of headroom for years of progress.
Finally got this for my ProDual and the 300lb stack is exactly what I needed for heavier leg presses. The selectorized pin glides so smooth between plates, no jerking at all. Took about 20 minutes to bolt on, and now I don't have to keep swapping plates manually.
