The elastic tension makes every wave feel like the rope is actively pulling back at you, which is a whole different burn than a standard rope. I’ve had mine for three weeks and the resistance hasn’t lost any snap, even after heavy slams daily.
The elastic bands give just enough snap-back that my shoulders feel fried after twenty minutes, way more intense than the plain ropes I've used at other gyms. It's honestly the first time I've actually looked forward to rope slams.
The elastic resistance is a real game changer—my arms feel fried after half the sets I used to do with a regular rope. It's like the rope fights back on every single wave, but in the best way possible. I'm already dreading and loving my next session with it.
