I was tired of fumbling with straps mid-workout, but this ring locks into place at whatever height I need in seconds. The quick-adjust mechanism feels solid, and attaching bands to it is effortless.

The locking pin does what it says—slides into the rack and holds bands securely at whatever height you set. Took a bit of fiddling to get the adjustment lever to catch smoothly, but once it's in place, it's solid enough for my rope work.
