Body-Solid Curl Bar Attachment MB229

The revolving handle makes a huge difference during concentration curls—no more wrist strain mid-set. The bar locks onto the cable system without any wobble, and the solid steel build feels like it'll outlast me.

The knurled grip feels secure even with sweaty palms, and the revolving action lets my wrists stay natural through the whole curl. Solid steel build, no wobble on the cable, exactly what I needed for isolation work.

The revolving handle spins smoothly during curls, which does help with form, but the bar felt a bit heavier and clunkier than I expected for cable work. It works fine with my setup, though I’m not sure it isolates much more than a straight bar would.
