I’ve been using this anchor for band work on the power rack’s front base, and the attachment point feels rock-solid with zero shifting mid-rep. It clicks in place easily, so swapping between rope and band sessions takes seconds.

Finally a way to anchor my bands to the front base without them slipping off mid-set. The bolt holes lined up perfectly with the rack’s frame, so it took less than five minutes to install. Solid steel, no wobble even under heavy tension.
