Acessório de Cabo para Tríceps com Punho Único York

The rubber sealed end caps are a nice touch—they keep the rope from fraying and give you a solid grip even with sweaty hands. Swapped out my old worn rope for this one and it handles pushdowns and face pulls with zero issues. Solid buy for the price.

The sealed rubber end caps give it a secure grip even when my hands get sweaty mid-set, and the nylon rope still feels solid after a month of heavy use. Swapping between rope pushdowns and single-arm pulls is smooth with that single grip design. Exactly what I needed for my cable stack.

The nylon rope has just enough flex for skull crushers and pressing moves, though I wish it were a touch longer. Rubber end caps keep it from slipping mid-set, and it’s held up fine after a month of weekly use.
