The dual knurl-textured grips give a secure hold even when my palms get sweaty mid-set. The solid steel welded flange feels rock solid under heavy loads, and it's definitely helping me squeeze out that last rep on tricep pressdowns.

The knurled texture on these grips gives just enough traction without shredding my palms, even during heavy rope pushdowns. Only gripe is the end plates could be a touch wider for a more stable press, but they've held up fine under a full rack.
