Regular EZ-ON 1" Spring Collars

The plastic sleeves make them easy to grip even with sweaty hands, and they clamp down tight enough that I never worry about the plates shifting mid-set. Locking them on takes maybe two seconds each, which is exactly what I want between exercises.
