Body-Solid Pro-Grip Seated Row/Chin Bar

Switching between seated rows and chins takes about ten seconds, and the grip really locks in my hands even when they’re sweaty. The welded flange gives me zero worry that this thing will ever bend or snap mid-set, which is more than I can say for my old bar. Solid buy for the money.

For a cable attachment it feels solid — the welded flange connection is nice and rigid, no wobble during rows. Only gripe is the grip texture is a bit slick when my hands get sweaty, but that's a minor thing for the price.

The welded flange does feel sturdy enough for heavy cable work, and the grip rotation is smooth during rows. It’s just a bit awkward as a chin bar since the angled handles don’t sit naturally for that movement, so I mostly stick to the rowing side.
