Body-Solid Olympic Adapter Sleeve - 14 Inch

The hex bolt lock-down feels rock solid when I tighten it, and the 14-inch length gives me plenty of room to load up plates without any wobble. My old standard bar now handles my Olympic weights perfectly.

Finally got this to convert my old standard plates to my Olympic bar and it locks down tight with that hex bolt. The 14" length is perfect for loading a full set without any wobble. Heavy-duty nylon sleeve feels like it'll outlast every other piece of my setup.
