Finally got my grip width dialed in for close-grip presses—the narrower stance between the uprights makes such a difference for my shoulders. The bar feels solid and locks in without any wobble mid-set.

The narrower stance completely changes how stable I feel on the bench, especially on heavier presses. I zeroed in on this accessory specifically to close the gap between the uprights and it does exactly that, no wobble at all.

Fits my Olympic bench perfectly and the narrower stance really helps when I’m pressing heavy—feels more stable than the wide setup. Took a bit of fiddling to get the bars aligned, but once it’s on, it’s solid.
