The sealed rubber end caps give it a secure grip even when my hands get sweaty mid-set, and the nylon rope still feels solid after a month of heavy use. Swapping between rope pushdowns and single-arm pulls is smooth with that single grip design. Exactly what I needed for my cable stack.
