Body-Solid OB86 Krom 7' Olympiastang

The knurling is aggressive enough to lock in my hands during heavy deadlifts, but the chrome feels silky smooth on the rack. I’ve loaded up 400+ pounds and there’s zero flex, which gives me total confidence on every rep.

The chrome finish on this bar is flawless, and it spins smoothly enough for snatches without feeling loose. I've used it for a few weeks now for clean and jerks, and the whips and bends feel just right. Best bar I've owned for the price, hands down.

Finally got my own 7' bar instead of using the worn-out gym ones, and the chrome finish is smooth as glass—no rust spots and the knurling feels perfect for deadlifts. It's solidly built for both Olympic lifts and Cross Training, and I've already put it through a few heavy sessions without any flex.
