Body Solid Pro-Grip V-Bar MB507RG

The center-balanced design really lets you push through the full rep without any wobble, and the grip stays locked in even when your hands get sweaty. It’s quickly become my go-to attachment for rows and pulldowns, totally worth the money.

The ergonomic handle keeps tension steady through every rep, so my lats stay engaged even at the top of the pull. Feels solid in the hand, zero wobble during heavy sets, and the centered design really smooths out the follow-through.

The center-balanced grip made lat pulldowns feel so much smoother than with a regular bar, and I can really feel the tension staying constant through the entire rep. It’s built solid and the knurling gives me a confident hold even with sweaty hands. This is exactly what my home setup was missing.
