Body-Solid OB86B Black 7' Olympic Bar

The center knurl is a game-changer for squats, giving me a locked-in feel even with my grip getting sweaty mid-session. I've loaded it up past 500 lbs and it barely flexes, so the 600 lb rating feels honest. Grip diameter is comfortable for my medium-sized hands, no complaints after three months of

The black paint finish has held up surprisingly well through months of racking and dropping, and the 30 mm grip feels solid even with sweaty hands. No complaints on the 600 lb capacity either since my deadlifts are nowhere near that, but it's nice knowing the bar isn't the weak link.

The center knurl is a lifesaver for squats—my grip finally feels locked in without slipping. The 30mm grip diameter is a nice middle ground, thick enough for comfort but not too fat, and it handles my 600 lb deadlift setup without any bend. Solid bar for the money.
