The knurling is just aggressive enough to keep my grip locked in during heavy sets, and the chrome finish has held up perfectly against daily use and sweat. The welded flanges feel rock solid too, no wobble or play at all.
Finally a tricep bar that doesn't flex or wobble mid-set; the solid steel and chrome finish feel like they'll outlast me. The welded round flanges keep everything locked tight on the cable, and the moderate knurling gives a secure grip without tearing up my hands on heavy pushdowns.
The knurling is just right—grippy enough that my hands don’t slip even when I’m dripping sweat, but not so rough it tears up my palms. The chrome finish looks sharp and the welded flanges feel rock solid; no wobble at all on the cable. Definitely my go-to for pressdowns now.
