Took a chance on this for my Smith machine and the bilateral fly range is exactly what I needed for chest days. The unilateral motion is smooth too, and it locks in solidly with the frame. Setup took maybe ten minutes and now I’m hitting angles I couldn’t get with dumbbells alone.

The unilateral fly motion on this attachment is smooth as butter, and the range lets me really stretch the chest at the bottom like a free-weight fly. Swapped it onto my smith rack last week and it locks in tight with zero wobble, even on heavier sets. For the price this fills a gap I didn’t know I

Finally got the range of motion I was missing on chest days—the unilateral pec-fly setting lets me work each side evenly, and the attachment locks onto the Smith frame without any wobble. It's made a real difference in how my shoulders feel during presses.
