The first time I used these for seated rows, my forearms were screaming by the end of the set — in a good way. The 2-inch grip really forces you to hold on instead of just pulling with your back, and it’s made a noticeable difference in my deadlift grip after just a few weeks.

The 2-inch grip diameter feels brutal in the best way—my forearms are fried after just two sets of rows. It clicks onto the cable securely and doesn’t slip at all, which makes the burn even more satisfying.

The thick 2" grips do force your forearms to work harder, which is exactly what I wanted. That said, the handle feels a bit bulky for my medium-sized hands during longer sets, and the rotation is stiffer than I'd like. It gets the job done, but I'm not blown away.
