Violet I. ★★★★★

I’ve had mine for two weeks and the bottom-up motion is exactly what my lower abs needed, unlike other machines where I end up cheating with my hips. The pivot feels locked in place, so I can focus on the crunch without wobbling. Takes about 20 minutes to feel like I did a full gym session.

Carter ★★★★★

The bottom-up motion on this thing is a total game changer—it hits my lower abs in a way crunches never did, and I feel the burn in under ten minutes. Definitely the priciest piece of gear I own, but worth every penny for how efficient each session is.

Eva ★★★★★

My core feels completely fried after just a few sessions, and the ride is so smooth I can actually focus on the squeeze instead of struggling with stability. The commercial-grade frame is solid as a rock, no wobble even when I'm pushing hard. Definitely the most efficient 15 minutes I spend in my ho
