York FTS-säädettävä penkki:

The York FTS (#48003) -säädettävä painopenkki tarjoaa tukevan 12 gaugen teräsrungon, tasaisesta kaltevaan asentoon, sekä pystyasennon olkapääpunnerrusliikkeitä varten.

James ★★★★★

Finally a bench that doesn't wobble when I rack the bar mid-set—that 12 gauge steel frame feels rock solid even at the highest incline. The upright position for shoulder presses is a nice bonus since I don't have to move it around the room anymore.

Brian ★★★★★

Took me a while to find a bench that doesn’t wobble under heavy loads, and the 12 gauge steel frame is rock solid. Switching between flat, incline, and the upright shoulder press position is quick and locks in place without any play. Exactly what I needed for home workouts.

Kevin K. ★★★★★

The upright position for shoulder presses is a game changer—I don't need a separate rack anymore. Steel feels rock solid even when I'm loading it heavy, and switching between flat and incline takes seconds.
