Body Solid MB502 Seated Row Handle

The welded flange on this handle feels rock solid—I’ve loaded it with heavy plates and there’s zero wobble. The balanced design also makes pulls feel smooth even at an awkward angle.

The ends are polished so smoothly that the grip feels effortless even on heavy sets, and the welded flange gives me zero worry about it snapping mid-pull. It's perfectly balanced too, so no wobbling or uneven strain on the cable. Exactly what I needed for serious rowing work.
