My forearms were cooked after just three sets of curls—the thick 2” diameter forces your hands to work way harder than a standard bar ever does. Swapped these onto my lat pulldown and the grip burn is real, exactly what I wanted.
The 2" grip diameter really forces my hands and forearms to work harder than a standard handle, exactly what I wanted for pull-downs and rows. The only thing I'd note is the grip texture is a bit slick when my palms start sweating, but it's still a solid upgrade for grip training.
