Troy TOZ-47B Kommerzielle 4FT Olympia-Curlstange

The 27mm shaft feels noticeably sturdier than the thinner bars I've used at other gyms, and the deep diamond knurling locks in my grip even with sweaty hands mid-set. Curl after curl, the center knurling keeps the bar from sliding around on my thighs when I'm doing preacher work.

Curls finally feel right with this bar — the 47” length keeps my grip natural without the awkward shoulder strain I got from a straight bar. The deep diamond knurling is aggressive enough that I don’t need chalk even on heavy sets.

The deep diamond knurling gives me a rock-solid grip even when my hands get sweaty mid-set, which makes a huge difference on heavy curls. It's a sturdy, well-balanced bar that feels like it belongs in a real gym, not my garage.
