Body-Solid Einzelgriff mit Karabiner

Swapped out the old plastic handles at the gym for these and the chrome finish feels solid in my hands. The welded flange gives me confidence during heavy rows, and the grip rotates smoothly without any wobble.

The rotating grip makes a real difference during pull exercises—my wrist feels way less strained than with a fixed handle. The chrome coating has held up perfectly through three months of heavy gym sessions.

The steel construction feels rock solid in my hand, and the chrome finish hasn’t chipped after weeks of heavy use. The welded flange looks like it’ll outlast everything else in my gym setup.
