The knurling on this 14-inch handle gives me a secure grip even when my palms get sweaty mid-set. It’s a solid 3.5 pounds alone, so it pairs perfectly with my standard plates for everything from curls to rows.

Knurling feels solid and the drop-forged steel gives it a nice heft in hand—exactly what I wanted for adding weight to my home setup. The 14-inch length balances well for curls and presses, and at 3.5 lbs it’s a sturdy base to build on.

The steel feels solidly forged, no flex or wobble at all when I’m curling. Only downside is that since collars aren’t included, I had to buy my own clip set before I could actually load it up.
