Højintensiv core-træning møder sjov! AbSolo® kombinerer mave-træning med medicinbold-kast for en engagerende, spil-lignende træning, som brugerne faktisk nyder.
The throw-and-catch rhythm keeps my heart rate up without me noticing, and the adjustable resistance makes it brutal enough for a quick 15-minute session. The padded backrest holds me steady through the full range of motion, so I never feel like I’m straining my spine.
I was skeptical about combining throws with ab work, but the medicine ball catch forces me to brace my core in a way I haven't felt on other machines. The 20-minute session flew by and left my obliques shaking the next day.
The medicine ball catch really gets my heart rate up without feeling like standard crunches, and the machine feels sturdy even during fast throws. It’s turned core day into something I actually look forward to twice a week.
