7' Standard Weight Bar GRB-84

The 51-inch span between the collars fits my bench perfectly, no wobble or shifting mid-set. The knurling has a decent bite without tearing my hands up, and it’s straight as an arrow out of the box.

The cold rolled steel feels solid and weighty right out of the box, and the 1-1/16 inch thickness gives a reassuring grip without being too fat. I’ve loaded it with 300 pounds and it doesn’t flex a bit. Exactly the sturdy, no-nonsense bar I needed.

The 51 inches between the collars fits my bench perfectly, no more sliding plates mid-set. Knurling feels solid and the cold rolled steel has a nice heft for the price.
