Kevin ★★★★★

Bolted it on in under ten minutes and now my bench has a whole extra station for curls I didn't have before. The attachment feels rock solid during use, no wobble even at heavy weight.

Timothy ★★★★★

I’ve had this bolted to my bench for three weeks now, and the fact that it turns a basic setup into a full curl station still surprises me every workout. The locking mechanism feels rock solid even when I push through heavy reps.

Avery ★★★★★

The pin slides in effortlessly and locks tight, so swapping between exercises on the bench takes seconds. Took me a while to realize how much variety this one piece adds, but now it's basically my favorite station for curl days.
