The extra pair of lift-offs mounted perfectly on my SPR500 without any wobble, and the fit is snug enough that I feel completely safe unracking heavy squats. Having two J-cups already set up for bench and squat saves me a solid five minutes per session.
The plastic cups slide onto the rack uprights with a satisfying click, and the rubber padding feels dense enough to handle heavy squats without any wobble. I grabbed these as a second pair for my SPR500 and they’re identical to the originals.
The rubber lining grips the bar tightly enough that I don't worry about it shifting mid-set, and the whole pair feels rock solid on the rack uprights. They were a simple bolt-on install. Way better than the flimsy factory cups that came with my setup.
