أحزمة رفع الأثقال Power من Body-Solid

Deadlifts used to wreck my grip before the last two reps, but now the weight sits right on my wrists and my back does the work. The cotton webbing is thick enough that it doesn't dig in, even with 315 on the bar. These’ll be in my gym bag for a long time.

These straps are solid. The stitching and the thick neoprene padding feel like they'll hold up for years with heavy deadlifts and rows, and it's nice to finally not worry about my grip giving out on the last rep.

My grip was always my weak point on heavy pulls, but these straps let me lock into the bar and move the weight without my hands giving out. The material is dense enough that it doesn't dig into my wrists on the last few reps. A solid buy for anyone tired of their hook grip failing mid-set.
