The knurling on this bar is aggressive but not painful, which is exactly what I wanted for heavy deadlifts. It’s handled every 500lb pull I’ve thrown at it without a hint of flex, and the 1000lb test rating feels like real overkill in the best way.

The center knurling is subtle enough that it doesn't tear up my hands on squats, which I appreciate. The bar feels rock solid under heavy loads, and the 1000lb test rating gives me confidence it'll last. Only wish the shaft had a bit more whip for deadlifts.
